Well, maybe I've been waiting for.
Either way, I think its about time to take a pause in the blog and let you tell me what you think about what's going on here.
It has been about five years since I changed the tone of this blog and just over two years since I've really been trying hard to blog twice a week.
And, to be honest the last few weeks, I've been very close to missing that twice a week deadline more than once. Mostly, I think, I've not been feeling inspired by what I what I've written about and I need to touch base.
So, please, tell me what you think. What do you think of the blog lately?

I love your blog! I love the musings about Smith Troy. I love your thoughts about sports and their role in civic life (even though I hate sports and think they only serve as a civic marker for about half the population), I love your thoughts about planning issues - walkability and what would have happened if the TESC campus had been located in town - I enjoy the historic insight about the Cascade Freeze...I have learned so, so much about who we are here at the bottom of the Puget Sound from your blog.
All creative people have to pause and recharge from time to time, so if you're feeling worn out, by all means take a break. But know that you're appreciated and considered by many to be a local treasure.
